Approach

Small steps, automated releases, no surprises

We work in short cycles that end in something running, and we automate the path to production before we need it.

Four steps, repeated

  1. Discover

Two to three weeks with your engineers and IT. We map the data model, integrations and pain points, and agree a backlog with priorities.

  2. Build

Two-week sprints. Every sprint ends with a demo on a real environment, built by the pipeline, not on a developer laptop.

  3. Ship

Releases go out through the same automated path every time, with a tested rollback. Go-lives become a scheduled job, not an event.

  4. Run

We monitor, patch and support what we built, or hand it over with runbooks your own team can follow.

Three ways to engage

Dedicated team

Named engineers working on your Windchill backlog full time, in your sprints and tools. Monthly billing; scale with a month’s notice.

Best for continuous change

Fixed-scope project

An upgrade, integration or platform migration delivered against a statement of work, with milestones and a fixed price.

Best for a clear outcome

Managed platform

We run your Windchill environments and pipelines against agreed service levels, and report on them monthly.

Best for stable operations

Offshore for Europe

An extension of your team, one time zone away

Most offshore models trade control for cost. Ours keeps the control: same hours, your tools, your rules, and a short flight when it matters.

  • Your working day

Morocco is on UTC+1, the same as or one hour off Central European Time. No night-shift handovers.

  • Your tools

We work in your code repositories, your ticketing system and your chat, through your VPN and accounts.

  • Your rules

Data-processing agreement and EU standard contractual clauses as standard. Production data stays in your systems.

  • Close by

Two to four hours’ flight to most European capitals, so workshops and go-lives happen face to face.

Africa and the Middle East

PLM for manufacturers who are scaling up

Engineering teams across Africa and the Middle East are growing faster than their tools. We bring a proven Windchill practice and deliver it on site.

  • On site, in your language

Workshops, training and go-live support in person, in Arabic, French or English.

  • Hosting that fits the rules

Cloud regions in the Gulf and South Africa, or your own datacentre when data must stay in the country.

  • Right-sized from day one

A standard setup a small team can run, designed to grow with new plants, programmes and suppliers.

  • Knowledge stays with you

We train your administrators and leave runbooks, so the platform does not depend on us.

How we handle access and data

  • Named engineers with individual accounts, never shared logins
  • Access through your VPN and identity provider, revoked on exit
  • No production data on our laptops or in our systems
  • Confidentiality and data-processing terms signed before day one
